Returns / Refund Policy

Whilst we do our utmost to provide as much information on our products, we are unfortunately not able to refund or exchange items that have already been dispatched. However, if Outside the Box delivered the wrong product, we require immediate notification of such, plus a picture of the incorrect order, which shall then be collected and replaced with the correct order at our cost.

Bottles that arrive damaged
When taking delivery of damaged bottles this is to be recorded on the receiving documents and we are to be notified immediately via email orders@outside-thebox.co.za . Outside the Box will then take it up with the courier company responsible for the delivery. If you have employed the services of a local courier company (in your own capacity) it is your responsibility to take the matter up with them.
